HOTEL FAQ's
Question:
Do you provide a map of the Hotel to make it is easy to locate your facilities?

Answer:
Yes. As a registered guest and having downloaded this application, your GPS co-ordinates enable us to show you exactly where you are anywhere in the Hotel. You can then see how close you are to any of our facilities. Please note that the GPS co-ordination with your mobile is deleted from our system immediately after your check out date/time.

Question:
How are we informed about temporary closures of Pools, Gym, or any other facility?

Answer:
You will receive a notification on your mobile phone. This not only alerts you to Emergency situations but any other important announcements which we need to bring to the attention of all our guests.

Question:
Does the Hotel provide a baby sitting service?

Answer:
No, we do not provide this service due to the complexities of child protection legislation.
